Mercedes-Benz sets out stall at the TCS&D Show 15 September 2015

Mercedes-Benz will be making its first appearance at the Temperature-Controlled Storage & Distribution Show later this week (16-17 September 2015, at the Peterborough Showground) with three vehicles.

Stars of its stand will be a 13.5-tonne Atego 1318 and an 18-tonne Antos 1824, both equipped with Mercedes PowerShift 3 automated transmissions, as well as a 7.5-tonne Fuso Canter Eco Hybrid.

All three have been fitted with insulated and refrigerated bodies by Solomon Commercials, while those on the Atego and Canter have dual compartments.

Visitors wanting to see Mercedes’ trucks in action will also be able to have a ride in the outdoor section of the event.

On offer will be another 7.5-tonne Canter Eco Hybrid, a 12-tonne Atego 1221 and an Actros 2548 with the BigSpace sleeper cab, which will be hitched to a refrigerated trailer.
