Jess Porter will join the senior management team

Totalkare has appointed Jessica Porter director of operations, where she will cover purchasing, the service side of the business and general operations.

Since joining the business as an aftersales coordinator in 2013, Jess has held various roles, most recently as Internal sales manager overseeing an office-based team of six.

She will join the senior management team, which also consists of CEO David Hall, sales & marketing director Adam Bowser and finance director Surb Gogna.

Hall said: “Jess has been an integral part of Team Totalkare for the past nine years and has a great understanding of the company’s needs as we seek to accelerate the growth we have seen in the last few years. I am confident that Jess is the perfect candidate for the role and congratulate her on her appointment.”

Porter said: “I’m looking forward to overseeing everyday activities and exploring how existing processes can be improved to ensure efficient service and a positive experience for all of our valued customers.”
